We’re off on Chris Rea’s ‘Road to Hell’ tomorrow as our commentary team head for Ebbsfleet’s interestingly named Kuflink Stadium as The Bees get back to league action after last weeks FA Cup heroics. With 16 points on their travels Barnet have been more effective away from The Hive and John Still will be hoping they can start a run which could edge them closer to the play offs. Ebbsfleet sit three places above the Bees in the table but like Barnet have found it hard going at home having been defeated six times in front of their own fans already. Manager Garry Hill and his squad can be forgiven for taking their eye off the ball recently with the club subject of a winding up order behind the scenes. The fact they haven’t been beaten in the league since the 13th October is a testament to the hard work put in by Hill and his assistant Bees legend Ian Hendon. Last time the teams met in Kent Hendon was captain of a Barnet side that won 3-1 on their way to the Conference Championship. A large contingent of travelling Bees fans are expected with John Still contemplating who to start up front with Byron Harrison, Josh Walker, Manny Duku, Mo Better and Shaq Coulthirst all available while Simeone Akinola played 75 minutes of a training match in midweek. Ebbsfleet came away from the Hive with a 3-0 victory back in August a result the Bees will be keen to avenge. We’ll have live commentary from the Kuflink in HRB Saturday Sport from 3pm.
